[Python-de] *.py Dateien als Drop-Ziel unter Win NT?

Offensichtlich muß es ein Shortcut auf Python (mit dem Skript) sein.
Ich habe hier einen der zeigt bei Properties an:

C:\python22\python.exe -O C:\python22\Scripts\install_1_1.py

Offensichtlich ist es also ein Shortcut auf python.exe,
mit zusätzlichem Argument.
